Steven brings 12 years of active-duty service as a United States Marine Corps officer, leading teams across four operational deployments spanning Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. He holds an MBA from Grand Canyon University, continues serving in the Marine Corps Reserve, and is a father of four raising baseball and softball players. He built ONBASE Athlete around a simple belief: local families should be able to access serious coaching, useful technology, and a development environment without elite-program pricing.

Jacobo brings more than 10 years of sales and relationship-building experience to ONBASE Athlete. A self-described semi-retired athlete, he grew up competing in baseball, football, basketball, lacrosse, track, and golf. His multisport background shaped his passion for preparation, skill development, and helping athletes perform at their best. At ONBASE Athlete, Jacobo helps athletes and families find the right training opportunities while supporting the growth of the ONBASE community. He also enjoys coaching and mentoring young athletes in the sports that shaped him.

Trés and Bronco Lundin aren't just the namesakes behind ONBASE's 3/B logo — they're the reason it exists. Trés laced up for his first team back in 2019 in the East Valley Baseball League, and Bronco followed his own path onto the diamond with the Camo Diamondbacks in Gilbert American Little League. These days, both brothers are active competitors in the EVBB league, which makes them uniquely qualified for a title most companies don't have on the org chart: Youth Athlete Consultants. Every major decision at ONBASE gets run past the two people who actually live the experience — what makes a cage session worth showing up for, what gear actually gets used, what a 10-year-old notices that the adults in the room miss. It's their initials fused into the "B" of the logo, and it's their perspective built into everything the company does.
